Securing Permissions and Visas for Nonimmigrant Employees
We assist corporate employers seeking to bring workers to the United States temporarily, usually for up to three years, depending on the type of visa. We help them file an I-129 petition to bring employees here or to extend their stay past the term of the original permit. Once the petition is approved, the employee must apply for one of the visa types listed above. Our lawyers assist with that process as well.
