USCIS Revises Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions

USCIS announced the availability of a revised Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions, Form N-648, for public comment. USCIS published a Federal Register notice announcing that the revised form will be available for comment starting 2/1/10 and ending 4/2/10. AILA Doc. No. 10020321.
