Biography

Ashley is an Associate Attorney who joined Brown Immigration Law in October 2025. She felt compelled to join immigration law with the many changes and challenges she witnessed immigrants facing as a prosecutor. Since then, she has fallen in love with the field and looks forward to devoting her legal career to the practice.

Prior to joining Brown Immigration Law, Ashley served as a state attorney, where she prosecuted domestic violence and juvenile cases. During this time, she developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable communities within the justice system. This experience ultimately inspired a shift toward immigration law, where Ashley began her career advocating for individuals in removal proceedings and working on humanitarian forms of relief. Throughout her legal career, Ashley has remained deeply committed to helping others and pursuing justice. Whether advocating in court or guiding clients through complex immigration processes, she brings empathy, determination, and a strong sense of purpose to every case. Ashley’s work is driven by a desire to give voice to the voiceless and to fight for fair treatment
under the law.

Born to Haitian American parents from La Gonâve, Haiti, Ashley is proud of her cultural heritage and the values of resilience and community it instilled. Ashley is fluent in both English and Haitian Creole and is excited to use this skill to help her clients.
