Attorney Christina Foliacci, Esq. received her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and has specialized her practice primarily in immigration law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida.
In law school, Christina was honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Legal Research and Writing during her first year. Additionally, she was involved in the Immigration Clinic and International Moot Court, and was a Staff Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. Christina had the pleasure of being a Research Assistant for Professor Stephen Plass where she focused on researching complex labor law and employment issues.
Prior to joining the Brown Immigration Law team, Christina gained valuable experience at south Florida law firms handling extensive detained docket and immigrant family petitions, consular processing, affirmative applications for relief, and representing clients in removal proceedings.
As the daughter of a Cuban immigrant, she is persistently inspired to help others create the lives they envision for themselves in the United States. Christina is fluent in English and Spanish.
