BREAKING NEWS: DACA Program to Be Restored

Federal Court orders U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to implement the full restoration of the DACA program, including initial applications for first-time DACA applicants. Today’s decision, coming weeks after the Supreme Court handed down a historic decision to protect the DACA program, orders that the previous rescission of the DACA program is vacated and restores the program to its pre-September 5, 2017 status. We at Brown Immigration Law have spoken with countless potential DACA applicants in recent weeks and we are very pleased to announce that we can now proceed with these filings.
