Brandon Delia is an Associate Attorney who joined Brown Immigration Law in 2025. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, with a degree concentration specializing in International Law with a focus on Immigration. Along with his J.D. from CWRU, Brandon earned a dual LL.M. degree in international human rights from Middlesex University in London.He previously received his B.A. from The Ohio State University, where he double majored in Political Science and Spanish and minored in History.

Biography

Brandon is dedicated to helping individuals, businesses, and families navigate the US immigration system. Before joining Brown, he gained broad experience serving diverse client communities. Earlier in his legal training, Brandon also worked with Catholic Charities Diocese of Cleveland’s Immigration Legal Services department and another local immigration law firm, where he worked primarily with family, asylum, and removal defense matters. At the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, Brandon helped represent clients across multiple practice areas during his time with the organization’s Bankruptcy and Family Law departments. He also led a comparative research project analyzing mandatory reporting and strangulation statutes nationwide, culminating in a presentation to the Ohio Supreme Court’s Domestic Violence Program that continues to inform policy discussions and reform efforts.

While completing his dual J.D./LL.M. program at Middlesex University in London, Brandon expanded hisperspective as a practitioner through his work with the Turkey Human Rights Litigation Support Project, an internationalNGO assisting in cases before the European Court of Human Rights and the UN Human Rights Council. He carries the perspective gained from these diverse experiences into his practice with Brown, allowing him to approach each client’s case with a genuine commitment to achieving meaningful results.

Brandon’s passion for immigration law is rooted in his belief that everyone deserves the chance to build a secure and dignified life.Immigration provides him with the chance to translate his passion for helping others into a career.Throughout college, he dedicatedseveral years to volunteering with the NNEMAP Food Pantry, working with families to address food insecurity and connecting them with resources. He also served on the executive board of the Refugee Outreach Collective during law school, a student-run organization focused on supporting local refugee and immigrant communities through outreach and advocacy.Brandon is very committed to serving communities, everywhere, and has regularly volunteered with organizations such as the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, and Learning Enterprises, where he taught English to students in Panama.

Overall, Brandon aims to approach his work with empathy, diligence, and respect—the same values that guide him at Brown, where he strives to assist clients with compassion and integrity through every step of the immigration process.
