USCIS has given indications that a positive decision is forthcoming on Visa Waiver Program (VWP) admittees applications for adjustment has been reached. It appears that USCIS HQ is instructing the operating offices that they have jurisdiction to adjust persons admitted under the VWP, regardless if the adjustment application is filed during the 90-day authorized stay.
