Thanks to the United State’s system of family-based immigration, someone who marries a U.S. citizen is able to gain permanent residency within a relatively short waiting period (shorter than most residency applications). Towards the end of our process, we came across some complications with forms from the government, and Kelly and the staff at Brown were amazing in helping us get back on track. Kelly really went out of her way to get our case re-opened, fighting on our behalf, and I can happily say my husband now has his green card!! We are a very happy family and it was all due to Kelly and the team! I highly recommend!
