TPS Extension for El Salvador

The Department of Homeland Security announced the extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for El Salvador. Current TPS beneficiaries may extend their status immediately. The deadline to file an extension is March 9, 2015. TPS beneficiaries will not only obtain Temporary Protected Status, but also Employment Authorization and may be eligible to Adjust their Status to Lawful Permanent Residents (greencard).
